Annapolis— 5/24/2022 Murphy Commercial (MCRE), the full-service commercial real estate brokerage, announced today the sale of 818 E College Pkwy. in Annapolis, Maryland. The one-acre property with 5,000 SF office/retail building, and 2,000 SF storage garage was sold by Bay Area Insurance and was purchased by Creative Spaces Remodeling.
Murphy Commercial was tasked with leasing the building in Summer of 2020. It became apparent the initial goal to subdivide the building was not a feasible option, and favorable circumstances to sell their property came together fairly quickly.

MCRES received the listing for the property at the beginning of July 2020, and the building was sold on April 26, 2022. The property has great visibility along Route 50 with plenty of parking for customers and service vehicles.
