Annapolis (Nov 2016) — Murphy Commercial is pleased to announce that a local law firm, Von Diezelski & Turgeon, has recently agreed to a long term office lease at the Clock Tower Shopping Center located along Forest Drive in Annapolis. The mixed-use office/retail property was designed as a mixed use center, combining professional offices on the second level with quality retail stores on the main level. Although, it was originally intended to offer neighborhood-oriented retail shops and services, the quality of the center and its location in the geographic center of the Annapolis Peninsula has attracted businesses with a much wider reach.
Today Clock Tower Place is known for its mix of fine, gourmet food, wine, and specialty shops that are locally owned and operated by dedicated proprietors who offer unique products and personal service. In addition to the gourmet shops, other high quality destination shops have been drawn to Clock Tower Place by its favorable location and abundant, free parking. The second floor of the center has a mix of professional businesses, including law firms, doctors’ offices, and a civil engineering firm.
Ryan Brassel of Murphy Commercial represented and assisted the Tenant with this transaction. The Landlord was represented by Ernie Shineman of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate.
